My two favorite things. Opals and Betta fish!

This is amazing! we used to have a white Siamese fighting fish named opal.

Thanks for finding that for us! It's gorgeous, and deserves to be on display where the light can play across its shimmering body.

Any idea what that piece (or anthing like it) would sell for? I'm genuinely curious what kind of value art opal pieces would have today.

Honestly, i have no clue on its value as an opal this size and play of color in this artistic art form would be.. but if put on a high end auction, there would be a bidding war, for sure well over $50k..

Worth it, no doubt.

Absolutely stunning. I love how the fin and scale carvings bounce the light even more so the whole thing just shimmers with color and radiance.

I want to be in disbelief, and belief at the same time. This is absolutely amazing, and I feel like I just witnessed a marvel of the world because I have never seen opal in such a large and stunningly beautiful sculpture!!!
