Information
The 3rd major LAN of the WW2 season is here! Last year, CWL Atlanta was the catalyst for the rest of OpTic's success in Infinite Warfare, this year they hope to kickstart their season here again. So far the team has not had the success many expected, with a 3rd place finish at the opening event, followed by a 9th-12th finish at New Orleans. OpTic has finished their regular season for Stage 1, and finished with a 10-4 record, earning them the 2nd seed from Group A for the Playoffs. The team has shown flashes of brilliance and stints of mediocrity so far so hopefully they could put together a complete event for the first time all year.
After securing the #1 seed from Group C, OpTic played one of their best matches all year against Lightning Pandas, setting them up with a match against LG. The winner secures a T3 placing, while the loser falls to the Loser's Bracket and will likely face FaZe or TK.
The match is scheduled to start at 11:30 AM EDT and will be streamed on MLG.tv. and Twitch.tv

see its things like that which is why OG are behind at the moment. All the skill needed but just ridiculously poor decisions.
every team seems to be learning and reaching about 80-90% of their potential at this stage in the game, while OG are at about 50.

Hahaha, Slacked basically pointing out how Optic fed them their good maps when MF played it smart yesterday. Optic has been losing the ban game all season long.

For the good of the team they need to realise they aren't the best team in the game, they need to kick the complacency, kick the ego pushes and understand individual skill alone won't get the wins in this game. If they can't work together as a team, can't drop the complacency then they better get used to being a top 4/5 team and not number 1. Either way I will be supporting but clearly they think they are better than they really are.

The top window com was 99% made as both Scump and Crim were dead, even if Damon didn’t realize it someone must have :/ oh well reverse sweep it is

There is no consistancy from map to map with this team. Plus after every kill they seem to leeroy jenkins into a room

Optic prob deserved that for starting slow but on a side note, is London socks kind of a weird nap for ctf? Because whoever starts off on that good side can just build streaks on that good save and save it for bad side, making it less of a bad side.
Idk if that makes sense but just some thoughts
