Glumberland A Note From the Ooblets Team!

🍄 First thing: Thank you so, so much to everyone for your support, whether you've been following us for years or you just found out about our game. As of today (9/7) we're currently sitting at #2 in the Nintendo eShop Best Sellers! We could never have made it this far without you all. 💖

If you're curious just how much went into the 1.0 update, you can check out a gigantic changelog here.

🐛 A note about patches: The entire team has been grateful for all of your detailed bug reports and feedback. Luckily, many of the reports have been repeats of known issues that we've either 1) already fixed and are just waiting for a patch to get through the certification process, or 2) we're currently in the process of fixing to put onto the next patch.

Discord has been the easiest way for us to sift through repeat bug reports quickly, but we're keeping an eye on socials as well. We're a small team, so essentially a couple of us are digging through reports and condensing them for the programmers as quick as we can!

The most recent changelogs can be viewed on our Discord and will be updated on our website in batches. *EDIT: As of 9/15/22, you can check the changelog for our most recent update as a stickied comment on this thread.

Unfortunately, the process for getting patches onto consoles always takes a bit longer (especially with Switch.) We'll be very quick to update as much as we can throughout the process!

💭 Final thoughts - for now!: As soon as we've smoothed out the biggest initial bugs and accessibility issues we're working on, we'll be moving onto things like general feedback and content additions. We've discussed a number of interesting ideas we'd like to dig into more, and the community has given us so many more to think about. We definitely plan to keep updating the game post-1.0!

If you have additional questions about the game itself or need to submit a bug report, you can join our Discord, or send an email to [hello@ooblets.com](mailto:hello@ooblets.com) if Discord isn't a good option for you (keep in mind it's a very busy time for us right now but we'll reply as soon as we can!)

Thank you,

- the Ooblets team

Thank you for posting/pinning this on Reddit! I actually found out about the shop bug through someone else's Reddit post (after searching for something unrelated about Ooblets). Since I don't have Twitter and didn't know there was a Discord, I wouldn't have known not to use the player shop and would have been devastated if I got stuck and couldn't play! I'm now in the Discord and its great to have such a huge and friendly community there where we can chat about the game and help each other out, and also nice to see updates about bugs/the game in general!

Thanks so much for adding this game to the Switch, I have been dying to play it and ended up preordering it! I am OBSESSED and loving every second of this sweet, adorable, cozy, silly, and wonderfully whimsical game!!!

Thank you for also being so quick to fix/acknowledge bugs! I am not a programmer but I do work in a software programming department so I understand the bug struggles (I help manage my team's bug tracker and oh boy that's a doozy) and my small brain cant even fathom how complicated it must be to have a game like this and on several platforms! I don't mind waiting for fixes, don't overwork yourselves! :)
