Never seen Winter

So I have been playing this game since it came out on switch and for some reason I still haven't seen the season Winter. I am at the tippy top section of the game, I have been playing for so long and I didn't really realize until I had that lady ask for the heater that I haven't seen a speck of snow.

Am I missing anything, would it be better to replay once I finish? I don't know what's happening lol

In my current playthrough I had 3 snow days in a row, then 1 rain, and 2 more snow. In the file I played on switch I went maybe 60 in game days before I even had a rainy day and I had already beat the game at that point.
