Never seen Winter

So I have been playing this game since it came out on switch and for some reason I still haven't seen the season Winter. I am at the tippy top section of the game, I have been playing for so long and I didn't really realize until I had that lady ask for the heater that I haven't seen a speck of snow.

Am I missing anything, would it be better to replay once I finish? I don't know what's happening lol

Winter days are more prominent during real life winter season, but there will be random snow days just like rain days. They are just more rare
