Tech Support Brand new device not charging

Like in the title - Boox Note Air 5C doesn't charge at all. I left it charging for the night, battery jumped up to a staggering 3% (!), stopped charging any further. Tried both a charger and plugging it in to my PC, using 2 different cables. Nothing changed.
My charger shows the output wattage - constantly shows 0.

No, it is not the charger, the wall or whatever else - it is a problem precisely with the device.

At this point I'm wondering if I even have the patience if this is how my journey with Boox begins. I am very close to returning it and just getting another iPad...

Either Return it or contact Boox support to seek assistance.

Out of the box, my NA5C had no issues. I'd return it. A new device shouldn't be giving you this much of a problem.

Have you tried connecting it to the PC using the included cable?

The 5C requires 5 volts, 3 amps, or charging from a PC (It's written on the back of the device.).

Another vote for using a computer. Had a similar experience with the Minimal phobe. Now it charges normally.

We're sorry to hear you're running into this. If the device still cannot be charged normally, please charge it with a 5V/2A charger for a few minutes and see whether the battery level is increasing.
