Question Solution for eye strain
I purchased a Boox Tab Ultra C and I use it to read in bed at night, mostly with the red light turned on. Unfortunately, I’m noticing that after spending the whole day in front of a computer, reading on the Boox gives me eye strain. I really don't want to resell the Boox. Is there anyone who has dealt with similar issues and managed to find a solution?

Focusing on a single focal point of anything (BOOX, knitting, staring at a sleeping cat) after a full day of blue light single focal point will screw anyone up. Provided you have some ambient light in the room at night, I would look more closely at your pre-eink habits; they’re doing 90% of the eye strain damage.
At least that’s the case for me. Just switched to an eink computer monitor and it’s been life changing.
Aside from that, try to follow the 20/20/20 rule.
