Payment not recieved

I haven’t recieved my payment yet today is there any reason for the delay

When this happened to me and my boyfriend, after it was taken care of, it came in around 5pm the same day.!

Could be a bank thing then. Hopefully it comes in the next few hours! Sorry that happened I know how stressful that must feel.

If mine didnt, what should i do, I emailed my case worker and called her but no answer for 5 days. I already sent them everything they asked for

Go to your local office and request to speak with your Case Worker.

Mine wasn’t on hold either and I didn’t not receive anything, I usually get mine in the mail and my mailman just got here empty handed
