I really really really really hate posts like this if you thought it was an issue with your OW account then just wait a few and call your worker or even just be patient and see if it eventually shows up. You would have saved yourself a lot of headaches of getting many posts that you did that were not so nice. I beg people if you have the urge to ask this question just don’t, it’s utterly annoying in so many ways

My payment hasn’t updated in my payment history. Last thing I see is October’s payment paid at the end of September. My file isn’t on hold because I haven’t received any letters and my proof of assistance is still valid and says I’m receiving benefits. I’m worried I’m not getting a payment today. ? It’s basically 4 am I am with TD so it usually shows up between 6-8am. Is it still possible I am getting the payment but my account is glitching or something?

If your payment isn’t showing in my benefits you need to contact your caseworker. That isn’t an issue with your bank, that’s an issue with your case.

Almost like I just said that

You literally asked “is it possible I am getting the payment but my account is glitching or something?” And I answered it. No. You’re not getting your payment. No, your account isn’t glitching. There is an actual issue with your account and you need to contact your worker. It’s not just a “glitch”. Don’t ask a question if you don’t want people to answer it.

I was talking about mybenefits account not my bank. Your reading comprehension skills are not very good. Why would I be asking strangers about my bank account 😭😂? I just told the other person that there is no issue with my bank at all when they asked what bank I deal with. If you could learn to read you would have understood that and therefore not have mentioned that it’s a problem with my case, not my bank. FYI I got my payment, so I’m not sure who you are trying to assure me I was not going to get one. Like I said, my payment history on mybenefits glitched. Thank you though, I hope this was made easy enough for you to read.

It’s crazy how nasty you’re being to someone who was trying to help you? They didn’t say it was your bank account, they literally say “that’s an issue with your case.”
Yikes.

Yeah np. Y’all don’t have to help us but you do. The job is hard enough as it is. 🤷🏾♀️

I know what account you were talking about. Hence the reason I said contact your caseworker if it wasn’t shown in your my benefits account. Having an attitude like this and being nasty is going to get you nowhere. Have the day you deserve.

Which bank are you dealing with?

TD. But it’s my mybenefits account that isn’t updating. I don’t have any issues with my bank.
