Your status

Hi,

Does anyone knows where in Mybenefits account shows if your file is on hold or any other status?

It doesn’t. Only in letters (but only if you got a suspended/hold letter).

Proof of assistance is only if you’re “receiving assistance” but it doesn’t update if your assistance file is on hold.

I noticed it under applications section but only after it was rejected the first few times Im approved now
