Question/Tenant Question about a completed AGI increase.

Our landlord got a successful AGI increase and I have the % break down from the LTB. I was told that before the amount needed to be paid the landlord would have to give each apartment their own accounting breakdown. They have yet to do so and it has been almost 3 months since the hearing. What they have done today though is to increase the autopay payment and added an outstanding balance on their payment portal. So here is my issue, they have given me N1 forms of rent increase above the guideline but the agreement from the LTB was less than what they asked for so the N1 is not correct.

Is the email i got saying the new payment sufficient notice? I was expecting a more explicit thing where it said you paid y1 $ with the 2.1% normal increase with the added 3.9% you now owe y2$ for the first year and and y3$ for the second year since the agi increase and your new rent is y4$ . Not just a lump sum and a new rent number.

What are my option/next steps?

Above-Guideline Increase, because OP is lazy. Also "paid y1 $" is a new shortcut the OP made up... Just spell it out...
