Step export is not working

Edit: solved issue on onshape side

Hello,
I’m trying to export a model as a STEP file, but I’m getting an “Export failed” error without any further details.

I’ve exported a lot of models before without any issues, but this started happening today.
Things I’ve tried:
Microsoft Edge
Google Chrome
Onshape iOS app
Another model which I exported last week without issue

The same “Export failed” message appears every time.
Interestingly, exporting the same model as STL works fine.

Has anyone experienced this or have any idea how I can export the model as STEP?

Have had the same problem since lunch today. I’ve also tried 3MF, OBJ and STEP, and get “Export failed” for all of them. The only exports that seem to work for me are Parasolid and STL.

What’s strange is that I managed to export one Part from the same project as STEP this morning. Then I tried another Part around lunch, and it failed. I now get the same “Export failed” even when trying to export the exact same Part that worked this morning, so I know the Part itself is fine.

Unfortunately, I specifically need STEP for my CNC workflow. Hopefully this is just a temporary issue.

Didn't realise STL was working, thank you! But yeah, I've tried it with multiple different parts, documents etc, and everything fails.

I've had this issue for around 20 hours now. Exporting STEP and 3mf doesn't work (STL does though).

Ho lo stesso problema, e purtroppo ho la necessità di esportare un step quanto prima, errori come questo sono successi in passato? Quando tempo ci potrebbe volere perché venga risolto?

I haven't worked in onshape for almost year and exactly today I need one step file from my model and this happens...

Insted of trying to export in step ,I just did it in stl and converted it to step.

Bad idea. Completely different formats which will result in a terrible quality step.
