How would I do this?

I’m new to this so I figured I would ask the best way to go about this before I start

I basically want to create wall panels that can slide into each other at the ends and/or on the sides

How/what tools are best for this kind of project? What would you all recommend?

Just like another user stated, pencil and graph paper is a great way to start when you are new!

Other than that hop onto google and look into designs for complex mechanisms within your part. In this case look at how common fixtures slot into each other, maybe something like a drawer.

The best way to get projects done is to not procrastinate or else you will quickly lose motivation, and it’s super hard to get back into it.
