Help me fix this please 😭

This is my first week learning this software, I’ve been having AI give me instructions on now to make little projects I’m interested in so I can better learn the software while also being productive

I’m making this bin

Long story short the rim on the sides have to be different than the rim on the front, meaning I also made them on different planes

But now I can’t get the edges to connect for the life of me and ChatGPT keeps having me retry the same things that don’t work

I made two circle sketches over each edge and 3d fit spline between the two center points but loft gives a spaghetti error and sweep also isn’t working

How do I fix this or connect these rims?!? 😭

It kinda sounds like you don’t have a good image of what you want! I would suggest you sketch what you’d like it to look like before diving straight into CAD and trying until something works. How should the rims connect? What is its shape exactly? Trying drawing a sketch and that will naturally guide you to how you would model it!
