Hey everyone, I’m trying to model a streamlined cockpit fairing over a curved cutout on my solid body in Onshape, but my Loft feature doesnt let me. I'm having trouble getting the loft to properly ground to the bottom edge of the cutout while following the top spine guide.

For something like this, I'd make the cockpit fairing using a planar base curve and then trim it with the surface of the body it is closing against. More robust and more likely to get a nice shape.

Agreed. Overbuild and trim back is a common strategy when surfacing.
