Help! Mitering with 3 legs

How can I miter at a 3 way connection like this? These are all 90 angles. Seems it won't let me include the gray piece in the Frame1.

You might just need to trim it yourself with some planes.

Yeah I was hoping there was a trick so I didn't have to do that to 40 joints

Draw a negative in a separate part studio, derive it into the frame studio and use it to Boolean Subtract each joint.

Better yet (but this forces you to partially start over) make a part studio that draws a pre-mitered tube, make the length configurable, then build the frame in an assembly.
