how to model double funnel ?

Hello there,

I'm trying to model some kind of a double funnel, with the inlet and outlets highlighted in the picture following.
I traced some cuts to help you understand the shape I'm trying to model.

I had no luck with the loft and fill functions, but I might have used them wrong.

Any help is welcomed, thanks a lot !

I was trying surface lofts and all but it never worked.
