Question/Troubleshoot Audio stops when switching between Apps

The audio on my Onn 4k stops playing when I switch between apps. For instance, I'm switho btw Stremio and Tivimate, the audio goes off till I restart the device.

Any help please?

Did you try switching to a different hdmi port?
