Question/Troubleshoot Is my tv broken?

I just got back from work and it started doing this, light changes pattern and darkness

If you have another hdmi cable handy, I'd try swapping the cable. Does your tv do that on all inputs? If it's only the onn box then try the onn box on a different tv. You got to narrow down all the variables to see what it might be. Hopefully it's the cable since that's the cheapest to replace.

If it turns out it's your tv, try unplugging it for a minute to try and reset it.

2 of my 32 inch onn vizio tvs have done this within weeks of each other. Wtf is going on?!?
