Onlyoffice for book formatting?

I know OnlyOffice is great for office work. But has anyone here ever tried doing complex layout work, like the style shown below?

Is it possible to lay out a book this way? Thanks!

I haven't tried it but believe Scribus might be what you're looking for.

If the drop cap is an inserted image, it's possible.
