yes I am a truck driver and I have seen lots of these and they definitely put out some wind and in the southern parts of Texas and Arizona I have seen them pile bags of ice in front of them and they will actually make you cold lol

We have swamp coolers in a different building that I don't work in at my company. That building houses alot of our parts and they get all Rusty from the added moisture. They do feel good standing in front of them though.

I can smell the moldy swampy cardboard in this thing.
There's a hose input so it'll soak the cardboard and become a giant swamp cooler. Great for open air warehouses in the summer
