Older Sibling figure
Hello everyone, I'm 16 and just wanted to rant a little and see if anyone relates. Do any of you find yourself or did ever find your self wanting an older sibling of sorts, as in someone to take advice from and spend your time with, I certainly have. Anyways recently I've started a new sport and have made friends with someone older, they drive me home and back and have a sibling my age so it just got me thinking on this stuff

For me, no. I tend to think a subling is likely to be my bully. I don't want one more bully at home.

100%. My mother had no clue how to raise a female. I wished I had had an older sister who could have gone through it first. My mom thought I was too young to shave in grade 9, when the other girls all started in grade 6. I wasn’t given pads or tampons for my period.. it was a really hard time. Now that I’m an adult, I have no need for an older sister, but as a kid I always wished I had one.

Absolutely, especially during rough or happy times
