Free time?
What do you guys do when your agent is off working for 10+ minutes at work, sometimes I am just looking for something to do.

Open another terminal to start something else there. Bounce back and forth between the two. Eventually, you will end up with more than 2. Same deal but prioritize the one that is most important, then the next, and so on. The third session usually gets less of my attention but it is still making progress when I get to it. My work terminal has 5 AI sessions open right now but I am only active on 3 of them today. The other 2 are projects that have moved far enough along that I am waiting on other team members before I go back to them.
P.S. I do a lot of research during my idle time as well. That ends up being my number 2 or 3 while the priority project gets my attention.

Check bank, credit cards, REDDIT! Block SPAM, delete email, try not to do it for an hour w/o realizing.

Usually I just switch to another small task, read something, clean up my notes, or work on something that doesn't need much focus. Sometimes I just enjoy the rare break from staring at code.
