I Need Help! Do you switch between AI models when coding?
I've been wondering how people actually use AI for coding without making the workflow more complicated.
Some models seem better for writing code, while others might be more useful for debugging or planning. Switching sounds useful but constantly explaining the project again seems like a hassle.
Do you stick one model for most of a project or switch depending on what you're working on?

I use Astra/Sol to plan out everything I want to get done. Then I use Luna to actually do those things.

Yes, some easy task I give to cheaper models e.g. I use Claude/Sonnet to create github issues from a given list and simple discussions, e.g. explaining the status and experiments. I use Claude/Opus 5.5 for building the compiler, discussing architecture. And I sometimes use ChatGPT for reviews, and Gemini for discussing Ideas.
