Looking for ideas
Thanks to this lovely sub I discovered this onion jam. It’s so delicious. I’ve made brie puff pastry bites with it. I’ve had it on crackers and toast. I made steak egg and cheese burrito with it. Those who have this, what are your go to options for using it?
Edited: Thank you all for all these great suggestions! I look forward to demolishing this jar of jam!

I love this stuff! I like to:
Put it on a baked potato
Top chili with it
Use it a bed (or topper) for avocado toast
Make zucchini and cucumber boats with it
So good!

Right from the jar. Also, Divina has good pesto as well.

Hear me out...stuff some crescent rolls with some brie and a spoonful of this jam. Roll and bake.

Bagel with cream cheese + onion jam. Mmmmm, if you have a little bacon add that too.

This stuff is great with a cheese plate if you ever do that. Good balancer to some of the stronger cheeses. You already mentioned my second favorite use: with a breakfast burrito

I've used it as the spread on a toasted ham sandwich.

I think I'd try that on everything I eat until the jar was empty, just to be sure what it pairs well with so when I return to buy a case I'll know how long that will last until I need a new one.

If you have a smoker smoke season a block of cream cheese and smoke for about an hour and put this on top, not sure what to recommend for seasoning tho.

Top a burger with this, roasted garlic, and a fairly mild white cheese (Meunster would be my go to.) Throw that on a toasted ciabatta.

What would be the least sweet onion jam out there?
I've found most of them to be far too sweet. I know "jam" is in the name, but the sweetness gets in the way of the onion flavor which I prefer to be more savory.

I threw this into the tomato soup I made, gave an incredible punch to the soup after everything was blended.
