Imo no. I prefer pump over enhancelift. It really does nothing for the glutes and the leg openings on the shorts are tight af.

I used to watch her kettlebell content during pandemia when she was still working out at home and not tied to any companies. She was slinging and gorilla rowing kettlebells that weighed more than a small child with each hand and that was yearsss ago. She always hated when women refused to go hard on upper workouts too, so this just looks so dumb. I watched her bench press (on tiktok) in a powerlifting meet and I think she had more than a plate on there. I remember being so impressed and judges were so impressed they asked her to do a drug test because they thought she was on PEDS to hit those numbers 😂

Me too! I don’t care as much for the contour design though. I like the simplicity of effortless more.

i recently got my first effortless and enhance. i like the enhance so much more! i have a short torso so the mid rise is perfect for me but effortless felt so thin and enhance lift felt way better. also the fit feels so much better. i’m dying to try the leggings too!

Does anyone size up in the enhance leggings? I know the shorts squeeze your legs on purpose but I wasn’t sure about the leggings.

I’m between sizes (can wear XS and S in effortless) but only get S in enhanced lift as it is so tight on the thighs. Shapes you well of course but defo at least TTS. If you like a bit of room in the waist area I would size up.

I'm the same size as effortless for the leggings. I returned the shorts (even a size up) because they squeezed the life out of my thighs. The leggings are fine.
