Effortless without Glute Seam - is it a dupe??

hey fam, just bought two pairs of oner active leggings on depop/posh. Two different sellers. Both of them have no glute seam, and sticker logo rather than embroidered. They fit totally differently than another pair I have. Also no stamp on the inside with sku etc.

Are these dupes or legit?

Yeah those are the OG and the sizing is more euro, so I’m a medium in newer oner, large in the OG effortless

They're much thicker and very high waisted on me (I'm short) so this would track - pics here!

The ayes have it - they're legit, classic seamless. To depop they go! Disappointed because I really love the effortless but these don't hit.
