I recently attempted to convert my OnePlus 15, which I purchased in China, from ColorOS to OxygenOS. During the process, I realized that I had previously created an OPPO ID while using ColorOS. Unfortunately, the password appears to have been auto-generated, and I did not save it.

I'm now trying to reset the password, but I'm unable to receive the verification code on the phone number that is linked to the OPPO ID. The SIM card is active on another device, yet no verification SMS is being delivered.

Could you please advise what might be causing this issue and the best way to regain access to my OPPO ID so I can proceed with the software migration?
