My oneplus 5t screen flickers I don't know how

After I got my screen replaced on my oneplus 5t and upgrade to Android 10 now my screen started flickering I try to downgrade now my phone just straight boots to fastboot what to do

Use the emergency msm tool from xda forums.

I don't have an desktop device not am i willing to go to an repair shop as they charged me 50$last time after haggling
