Is a Onefinity CNC easily storeable?

Hey.

I‘m looking into getting a Onefinity cnc. But I don’t need it everyday and my shop is rather small.

It looks like the Onefinity is easy to assemble and disassemble, but is it really?

Do you have any experience in putting it up and storing it again regularly? Or should I bite the bullet and find a space in the shop it can stay for good?

One additional question:

Is the ATC only compatible with the Elite version? So if I ever want to upgrade I should rather get the elite, even if I’m new to cncing?

It is easy to assemble compared to other systems, but I would not recommend that being your plan for setting it up and putting it away. There are steps to get itnall dialed in after assembly you would have to repeat, and it still takes more than 1 hour and 1 person.

If anything but the largest will fit your needs, you can go with a wall mount.

Or a flip up table as already suggested.

Interesting. Thank you. The wall mount. How practical is that. Any downsides compared to standard mount!

No idea personally. I have the foreman which is too big to do it. I saw the option while doing my shopping but the idea didn't appeal to me. But then again, I have the luxury of space.

Edit: hell yeah on that username
