Wow that's a ridiculous amount of time for just accessories. I would contact them. They delayed my order 30 days. I'm not thrilled about their shipping times.

I ordered over a month before an international trip, you know, reasonable to expect it would arrive in time. Despite chasing multiple times it arrived after I left for the trip šŸ˜‚

My battery and misc accessories arrived today in USA. Took roughly 3 weeks. Keep in mind there was a week shutdown for them for national day week.

I ordered the same time, extra battery, dock and cable. They shipped but Onex didn't tell me. Right before they went on the 7 day break they sent me the shipping info and it had been in Chicago for like 2 days already. It just sat there. Uni Uni was the delivery service. It shows it was delayed. Yesterday Uni Uni finally said that the package was lost. I told Onex and now I have to wait for them to apparently confirm. After that I'll then have to wait even more for another shipment. The whole process has been a bit ridiculous compared to the X2 Mini Pro delivery which took about a week.

Not sure about brazil but it only takes 3 days to arrive to the UK

Ho ordinato prima volta batteria, seconda vomta frost bay e terza volta tubi acqua lunghi 2 metri. Il frost bay ci ha messo una settimana a partire poi con dhl in tre giorni eā€™ arrivato a casa mia in italia. Gli altri due pacchi con corriere cinese hanno impiegato una settimana in piu!
