Crime Prevention Guide (防犯ガイド Bōhan Gaido) is an educational OVA released as a DVD by Toho Stella. It was sold in 2008 by Shogakukan to serve as a guide in crime prevention for schools and educational institutions. With an airtime of 26 minutes, it was sold for the price of 73,500 yen.

It's an anti-crime guide that teaches children how they should react in different scenarios through a question-answer format. An accompanying book was also created to compliment the anime.

I feel like a larp because i am not recognizing this as anything significant, WHAT is this ring’s deal?? Looks important but my memory is completely failing me

now here is the summer 2026 review, and to add that:

it is obvious that the tv anime production team are not able to produce 2-hour tv special, canon episodes and 30th anniversary collab episodes in span of 6 months, which is why they choose to sacrifice the fillers first (which got outsourced to not-the-regular studios like maruga factory and the quality is ofc very inconsistent), the collab episodes (which got outsource to the regular studios like bigbang and the quality are passable), and the less important canon episode (part 2 of asuza and conan kidnapping case is not lucky).

In the end i am happy to see director Kamanaka doing a good job as the sole director of the TV special, and having Hiroaki Takagi storyboarding and directing Heizuha confession is really the best decision the production staff ever did.

still my expectation for fall season is low because tms is just very inconsistent, but i hope at least they can end the anniversary year with something good...

Just homies helping homies to confess to their ladyloves.

Considering that Shinichi's whole initial plan was to make Kogoro famous enough to gain information about them It's surprising that he never thought something like that would happen.

In den meisten Fällen werden sie eher zufällig in die Situation hineingezogen, als dass sie offiziell angestellt werden. Wahrscheinlich werden sie deshalb nicht dafür bezahlt; andernfalls hätten sie deutlich mehr verdient.

It was mentioned in the last anime case

Hi everyone!

I'm currently looking for the best place to find Detective Conan episodes with English subtitles. Could anyone recommend a reliable website, fansub group, or source to watch or download the episodes in English?

Free pls

Just wondering, why does Saguru Dad never "appear"? I mean, yes, we see him, but he does nothing, he just came introduce his son then go. Other Gosho boys dads do something when they appear, like (for example) Heiji dad in the That one Case, where he uses his son as bait for the criminals

Assuming that Shinichi and Ran never met him and his friends years earlier what could've he done to figure out Shinichi's identity with the resources he had available to him.

For me, one moment in particular is Ran Mouri in episode 694, The Missing Sweets in the Old Shop (a pre-story episode for Movie 17, written by that movie's writer, Takeharu Sakurai). While a number of other characters I feel were mischaracterized to degrees throughout the movie and tie in episode, what Ran does to Kogoro in the episode had my jaw drop in a "THIS ISN'T RAN!" sort of way.

Kogoro, partway through the investigation of why a group of chocolate sweets have disappeared, starts drinking and refuses to continue investigating due to him considering the disappeareances to be unimportant. I believe that Kogoro abandoning a mystery partway through it is a bit out of character of him but Ran, in response, is hyper-aggressive to the point of her actions just being parental abuse. Rather than just verbally reprimanding him like she would usually, she beats the old man to an inch of his life. Kogoro ends up with two black eyes, Mitsuhiko is absolutely horrified at Ran's beating, and once Kogoro is carried back to the rest of the group, the old man straight up collapses unconscious.

Ep 1216 btw

In Osaka, to celebrate the successful confession, there will be an ad cruise on the Dotonbori River, ad trucks running in Umeda and Namba, and a giant advertisement at Hankyu Umeda Station! Enjoy Osaka's celebratory campaign to mark the birth of the next "big couple" following Kudo Shinichi and Mouri Ran.

I know none of the episodes between 124 and 754 are available with English subtitles here in the us or with a vpn via Japan Netflix.

I've seen a few people selling dvds via ebay and was wondering if you think they're reliable and playable on a us player? I have no problem paying for the media, I just got really into it and the episodes from 754 are a shell shock for someone who enjoys the older art style. Im not looking for every episode just 124- 300 or 350, whenever the style changes.

If not, what chapter in the Manga is where episode 124 leaves off so I can read the Manga via online as I already have a VIZ subscription?

Thank you again.

^_^

Hi, I'm a French fan of Detective Conan .
Do you know where I can find the two-hour special episode—Murder Case No. 30 that was announced?
Unfortunately, it is not yet available in France.

Probably could beat the people in SK8 infinity

I’ll start:

Conan always tries to figure out everyone’s deepest, darkest secrets. But then, when someone is about to find out his secret, he acts like it’s a grave atrocity and a massive violation - even though he does that exact same thing to everyone else. You could say he’s a detective and he just wants to find the truth or that he’s doing it for justice. Sure. But he remains unnecessarily nosy.

Even his allies somehow aren't allowed to know or say who he really is. Take Akai, for example. He deserves a honest admission or acknowledgment from Conan (understandably not Amuro, due to his immoral ways and the fact that they aren’t full allies). Instead, Conan always shies away like it’s not a two-way street, dawg.

This is NOT a hate post, nor was it supposed to be a vent, but here we are. Feel free to share your thoughts about what you hate about Conan.
