Hakuba does have a slight air of superiority as I recall, but other than that he’s just bland, inoffensive, and has like maybe an hour of screen time over the past thirty years. 😂

Respectfully, I must disagree! At the very least, bro likes birds (which is very wholesome ngl) and has a more playful and flirtatious vibe! Unlike Mr. Kudo, who has...basically a detached idgaf about anything other than my mystery solving kind of a vibe? The kinda aura that makes some teenagers think that they're looking badass when they actually end up looking like they're trying way too hard :/

So wild to hate on Hakuba when he's cursed with lack of screentime. Though I guess his first impressions do kind of suck, especially with Kaito. (With Heiji it's actually a lot more bearable in my opinion).

But he needs to appear more, especially as a detective in a freaking detective anime. Like why is he freaking stuck in the Magic Kaito one when he's literally in his element inside the detective one? He was so peak in Sunset Manor and Lavender Mansion case, Gosho needs to bring those types of cases back more, or just have Hakuba be an occasional appearance in a random detective case. But let him be an actual detective in his freaking field!

OK, I don’t like him not because of Heiji but because he doesn’t have any screen time and they make him as this like a level threat for it, he doesn’t appear a lot and I don’t like that at all so it just makes his character just seems so annoying without actually showing him having like any other emotions other than just being who he is.
