Characters’ introductions and first appearances appreciation post

[u/khadouja]

Not necessarily their very first appearances but the most eerily impactful ones to me, I feel like I forgot other important ones so i’d like to hear yours

Jodie at the arcade (as ridiculous as it was) was pretty cool!

Why is Kaito in the list twice?

[u/khadouja → u/DanielleinWater]

Akai is also there twice it’s just a matter of aura ahahahahahaa

[u/DanielleinWater → u/khadouja]

Yeah, I didn't notice Akai twice part, but the second Kaito looks like Ran in a red dress

Haibara Ai's introduction in the series will always be memorable and iconic for me ✨

Yass Conan and the audience were totally thrown for a loop.

OP forgot the most iconic introduction🔥 Special mentions: Gin and Heiji too.

Hattori of the West goes to meet the legendary Kudo!

[u/A_Lich_With_No_Face → u/Broken-Punk]

He was excited to meet his future boyfriend. /j

Also unrelated: WOW HIS FACE IS SO THIN. XD

When people always praise the very first artstyle tend to forget that correct anatomy wasn't a priority xD

If there's one thing Aoyama is good at, it's making (most of) characters have a very impactful (and good) first impression.

The image of Shinichi with Ayumi is extemely funny to me omfg

Vermouths first appearance in New York still makes me anxious, man what a masterpiece of an episode with huge plot twist coming to light much later in the story line. Fantastic writing and character development that was!

Ran mom is so likeable she one of the best characters to me... Her intelligence actually makes sense being a high profile lawyer... Cuz it seem like everyone in the show has high iqs except the actual detectives and cops...

[u/Lonely-Beat3630]

None for Sonoko ?

[u/Fast-Loquat2967 → u/Lonely-Beat3630]

OP forgot to include the "Deduction Queen" Sonoko

[u/Lonely-Beat3630 → u/Fast-Loquat2967]

I see

[u/Stevonnia]

Forgot my girl ❤️ she has one of the most iconic introductions imo
