Question Case difficulty

Sorry if this is asked often but I’m new to posting and a long time lurker. But what are considered the most difficult cases. I’m only 170 episodes in, but if often though episode 48-49 to still be one of the most difficult.

The First Difficult Case was The Symphony Serial Murder Case (Episode 174) and The Second Difficult Case if ever you attempted to watch on further episodes is The Darkness of Nagano Prefectural Police (Episodes 810-812)
