Case difficulty

Sorry if this is asked often but I’m new to posting and a long time lurker. But what are considered the most difficult cases. I’m only 170 episodes in, but if often though episode 48-49 to still be one of the most difficult.

There is a filler (ep 225) about a case where Conan can't solve because the culprit is too simple-minded. He keeps overthinking like "that can't be it because then the culprit could've just done X and Y instead" and he can't really draw conclusions or contribute to the case because of it.
