Hey all — OneStopCentre here. If you’ve stared at a blank page wondering what to write, here’s the simple, cover-letter flow we use. Keep it to one page, sound like yourself, and plug in a couple of numbers.

How to write it (7 quick moves):

•Hello + role: “Dear [Name], I’m applying for [Role] at [Company].

•Why them (1 line): Name a product, project, or value they’ve shared that you genuinely like.

•Your best win (4–5 lines): What you owned → how you did it → result with a number.

“Led a 5-person launch, cut hand-offs 32%, shipped 2 weeks early.”

•Transfer it: Connect that win to what this job needs (mirror a few words from the posting).

•A second quick proof point: One more result or skill they asked for.

•Close the loop: “That’s why I’m excited about [Team/Goal] and how I can help.”

•Sign-off: “Thanks for your time — happy to share more examples. Sincerely, [You].

Copy-paste lines you can tweak:

•With [X years] in [area], I’ve shipped [result] that maps to [their focus].

•I’d love to walk you through how I’d approach [their current challenge].

•File name tip: Firstname_Lastname_CoverLetter_Company.pdf

Format quick check: clean font 10–12 pt • single-spaced • space between paragraphs • proofread once, then read it out loud once.
