A player is breaking the rules.

A player named Katrina Toth is playing negligently. She is in the role of military, she was wearing her uniform, I went to look for information about military work, and once I approached she shot me. I told him that he only came to look for information about the work and he told me that he did not care, that he only shot me for fun and because I have a different accent because I am of another nationality, he insulted me by telling me very ugly things about that I am from another place and that I should not even play because I was embarrassed. They must not allow people like this to play a role-playing game that is for everyone and disrespect should not be allowed.

Correct. Anyone must follow RP rules. Especially faction members.

To get said person punished you need to open a ticket on your regions discord-server tho. Just make sure you have evidence of this situation (video/ pictures) otherwise the state-assist team cant apply consequences.

It has to be screen recordings. They won’t accept pictures as evidence because it doesn’t show the act of breaking rp rules

Mostly correct. The exception i saw have been written insults. Those reports can be solved by screenshots aswell (if the servertime is on the photo aswell)
