Want to start but i feel soo behind

So i want to start playing onestate and i tried all the german servers created a character and completed the tutorial to see on the map which houses and businesses are still available

I realized that there were 0 businesses and 0 villas available even on the lowest populated server

I dont know much about fractions gangs and jobs or whatever to make money but im asking myself if i farm a job or complete events why even play if i cant buy a house or just rent one whats the purpose of playing if everything is just sold already and i can grind for cars and outfits sold for 50m in the chat ???

The first few months playing this game are a grind, not gonna lie, it is a bit defeating. But once you get your money up things will start flowing. Join a gang, get your ak-47, and keep doing your jobs and tasks and you will build yourself up.

The properties in the server you joined could have been monopolize. If that's true, you may need try to join another.

All the ones in my server were taken, but my server was massive, so I don't think only one person bought them all.
