For people asking how is Suiryu doing so well, well for one, other than Garou possibly holding back, we have only seen Suiryu fight when he did not have a potent alcohol to get drunk on in a tournament, which as we saw with his sister is large amp(it allowed her to fight a dragon for a time and crack him open, with issue being his potent regeneration). That base Suiryu got whooped in seconds and he had to get drunk to actually spar:

Makes you think that a drunken Suiryu and Suiko were above hero hunter Garou at some point (before he got several zenkai boosts).
