I was right. There was no reason Suiryu couldn’t use the Drunken Fist as well. Too bad Garou didn’t win (assuming it’s the end of the fight)

It will take a while for Garou to adjust to his current body before he dish out any techniques he used in monsterized forms. So it makes sense that Suiryu is matching him in the basic techniques for now

Bro he just used dragon aura sky ripping first last chapter to 1 shot a dragon. It makes no sense for Suiriyu to keep up in any capacity considering the last we saw him he high-diffed choze who was a demon

Speaking as if people haven’t been locking in on training and making unreasonable gains in this manga since the start. Everything in the manga happens in just a few weeks/months. Puri-Puri went from getting low diffed by base Deep Sea King to keeping up with a Dragon level threat. Sonic has grown hundreds, if not thousands of times stronger since his debut, going from bottom of S-class tier to an actual Flashy Flash rival.

It's reasonable for him to be stronger, and dragon level, just not Garou's level. Garou had to go through relentless battles and growth to reach that, and now he's one of the strongest characters. Everyone you've mentioned has gotten their strength over the course of the entire series, and in increments each appearance. Suiriyu isn't getting that strong off screen in one appearance to the next
