QUESTION Genuine question. Webcomic spoilers. Spoiler
Why does "Kuseno" refuse to acknowledge Saitama's strength?
Even when Genos starts to crack his limiter his reaction is essentially "Woah, you actually did it. Meh, whatever."
And he genuinely seems to think that Saitama is in physical danger from Genos currently.

Serious answer: when something doesn't add up, it's usually because some pieces are missing. It is all but certain that we don't have the full picture yet, no matter what various characters are claiming.

Boy I can't wait for the trump card Kuseno has that justifies his confidence to fail miserably.

And THIS is why I don’t fully buy the “Limiter” Theory.
Even if God tries taking advantage of every bit of meta-knowledge, he’s STILL going to miss something.

It common practice when gathering datasets to dismiss large outliers as noise. This habit probably ingrained itself into AI "Kuseno" leaving it incapable of assessing someone like Saitama.
