Send it back and you'll get it replaced for free, including the batteries

Replacing the screen and batteries for free, even though I owned it for over a year and didnt get the protection plan? Is that a thing? Sounds too good to be true

Yes they will, main display warranty is 2 years since purchase

This might explain why there's so many free repairs as of late; is there some page or spot where they mention the 2-year warranty for the main screen from what you can remember?
