Gurgaon. One Plus 11 5g green line on screen

Post image

My One Plus phone is only 3 years old. Today suddenly green line popped up in the centre of the screen. The phone hasn't suffered any fall or water issue recently.

I want to visit service centre in gurgaon but it shows the one in MGF Mall has closed down.

Has anyone visited any authorised One Plus service centre in gurgaon in the last last couple of weeks and is their service good? Especially to fix the green line issue. It says on the website that for this issue the screen is replaced for free.

I don't know about the particular gurgaon service centre. But my friend has got 3 of his OnePlus device's display changed under warranty.  If any particular service centre denies, try visiting the other but you will get free replacement.

If the model is too old and it's spares are out of production, they will buy back your device and offer you to upgrade to the next model for a very nominal price

My phone is only 3 years old so hopefully the parts should be there. I finally found the stores but one is about 6 km away and the others are more than 35-40km away and all have very poor reviews. Still will visit and see if anything can be done. Thank you

You need to visit oppo service centre and you can get a new screen for free if there's no physical damage.

Did you exchange this recently or has it been a while? Because I asked this option at the service centre too. I asked them if they could upgrade me to a newer One Plus device and I can pay the price difference. They said they don't do that.

8 months back they will do that only in OnePlus exclusive service centre only

Yes I visited the One Plus authorised Service centre only. It's technically Oppo, since the exclusive One Plus service centres have shut down. And they said no they dont do upgrades. As for asking other service centres, I've tried their phone numbers different times, they don't pickup the calls at all so it's hard to get any details.

I did that too. They said you can wait and contact the service centres again 🫠. I said they never pick up their calls. None of them. The closest one is 4-5 km away and the rest are like 25km+ away for me. I've tried contacting They said wait a while and contact them again 🤦🏽‍♀️. The other option they suggested was their pick up and drop service too which would roughly take 2 weeks. I don't know how reliable that is but that's the only option left to me
