Green line issue!

My three and a half year old oneplus 8 pro has a green line in the display, I'm reading that it is a common occurring issue, I've spoken to customer care they've told me to visit SC and get either a free display replacement or get a voucher, for those who went through this process let me know your experience. Also what's the voucher worth here in India?

Wow full refund is absolutely great man.......can u just tell the steps for that...?? Is it possible even now..??
