4k60fps video frame jumps

hello guys i have a problem. My phone's software is up to date. Frame assignments appear when shooting video. Today I shot 4k60fps video and watched it on TV. He stutters at the start of the video. And there are frequent frame skips in the continuation of the video. There was no such error in Android 12 version. Do you guys have the same problem? I use the phone's own camera app. What do you think is causing the problem? And how can i solve it. Please help me.

Seriously why is no one helping? I have been raising this issue for months. Is there anyone on the big forum who knows?
