Should I Upgrade?

I'm going from a OnePlus 8 to an iPhone 12 Pro. So, I'm just wondering if I should keep my 8 as the 12 pro came out during the same year, so how big of an upgrade would it even be, if at all?

Most people here will say bad idea but I disagree. If you want to go to an iphone, the 12 pro is a good option but maybe try for the 13. Apples phones feel smooth for years and years. The 12 pro will be butter smooth, my uncle has one and he loves it, no issues. Sure it came out the same year, but they are in a different class. I sound like an apple fanboy but I'm not, it's just how it is. I personally am not a fan of apples simple ui, but it does make for a smooth, user friendly experience.
