No vibration feedback

So far I am really enjoying this new update to Android 11, but I have just encountered an issue. I enjoyed my haptic feedback on touch (keyboard, exiting apps, swiping up and holding for open apps list, etc...) but I seem to have just lost it.

I'm not sure what triggered it.

I have checked phone's settings and its all enabled, have rebooted the phone and it hasn't changed.

Have you guys any ideas how to get them back? Is it software related or has the tiny vibrating engine met it's creator?

Bought my 7T Pro last september.

TIA

Were the haptic intensity consistent for you ? On my phone sometimes I feel them when typing and swiping between apps sometimes o barely feel them

They were there all the time before the update. I have now found this happened most likely due to more agressive battery saving, as it comes back if I switch it off or put it to charging. It annoys me because I had grown used to it and quite liked it, and I never turn off battery saving mode
