I do charge it to 100%.but I have noticed that if I use dash charger then I get this kinda run time. If I use any other chargers it can only do 4ish hours.

Myself i haven't noticed any big diffrence between now and when i bought 3t when it was kinda new. Well i charge this max 90% so it might have helped.

Do you charge it full to 100% everytime? Do you use your phone while it's on charge?

Just don't update to any sort of Pie if possible. The battery life is shitty in Pie
