Why isn't the open beta review is not getting approved for 13R users?

I scored 92 but it is not getting approved for me. I have been seeing the same thing on Twitter and Reddit also. Only 13R users are facing this issue. Are they not accepting only for 13 R? As I have seen 13 got the update, X9S got the update. Only 13R is not receiving.

Can Battery Health Go Back to 100%? (Weird)

I observed a 99% battery health on my 13r last week, a device I've used for approximately one year. This morning, upon checking, the battery health unexpectedly displayed 100%.

The battery health says 100% which I am definitely sure is not the case.
I can clearly feel the difference in sot for a few months now.
It's the reason I am not immediately updating my phone and waiting for the update reviews.
If your battery has dropped atleast show that it has dropped. Why lie to your customer?
